QPR kept Julio Cesar out of their squad in favour of Rob Green. The most talent player doesn’t always get in, for various reasons, and a club that is at that end of the table may well be overlooking their better players for worse ones.

Yeah true. Danilo wasn't exactly Maldini but I do agree.

Raphael Guerreiro would be my pick.His Dortmund contract expires in the summer.He's 29 so plenty of experience.Plus he's played at the back with Akanji so hopefully he'll settle in pretty quick.Offer them
