Left footers

Why do you hear 'he has a cultured/intelligent left foot', but you never hear those words used to describe a right-footed player?
As a leftie I'll counter that by asking why you never hear a right-footed player criticised for being "one-footed" but that is persistently used to describe left-footed players.

Isn't being left footed/handed supposed to mean that the more creative areas of your brain are dominant, hence the tendency to describe left footer in more artistic terms? Us righties are supposedly more practical and methodical. Though it is also proven that you can train your non-dominant side to be almost as efficient as your dominant, they used to do this in some schools as late as the last century by making lefties sit on their left hand and learn to write with their right.

As for never describing a right footer as one footed, pretty sure it has been screamed (by me for starters) at Jesus Navas on a few occasions in recent years.
