go for Morten Pederson, he can come in a good price. Normally Man City will waste 20mil on this kind of players outside the premier league, but if we look at this guy, he's quality. One of Norway best players. eventhough it might be hard to sign him from a Scadinavian club like Aston Villa, but he might come because both of our clubs are likely to be at the same level. the players don't normally want to step down from the biggest club in some countries like Bayern to come to Man City, the club in the average level of the premier league (around 10th place). So I don't think Ribery will be the best target because some other clubs that are big also are interested in him and they are 1 step ahead of Man City if we make a bid because they are bigger.
