always liked the story of the school children who go on the school trip to Chester zoo,as they are leaving one of the teachers realises they are a kid short,after looking allover the zoo they finally find the kid near the penguin enclosure.He gets a bollocking and off they go on the coach back home where the parents are all waiting,the lad who was late gets a bollocking off his mam n gets sent to bed early after he's had a bath.The lad seems to be taking ages in the bathroom so the mum goes up to see why he's taking,as she opens the door to the bathroom she is greeted with the sight of a stolen penguin in her bath! don't give a fuck if its true or untrue but i love the story all the same!

Love the one about some lads meeting Sean Connery in a restaurant/bar on holiday. They ask him for an anecdote to prove they have met him but he refuses. Lads walk away a bit naffed off but later that night as Connery gets up to leave he shouts across the bar "Boys. Petula Clark. 1968. Right up the arse"
