If they were to display that flag in an english ground they would be charged with a criminal offence. Irrespective of what the FA or UEFA chose to do.

The FA/Premier League would also be very quick to take action. That White Power banner was displayed over two years ago in Lisbon for about 5 minutes and taken off by other Legia fans and never ever appeared again, before or after this incident. There was official apology by fans association as this was displayed without their consent by some random idiots as you simply cannot control everyone.

If that's true (and I've no reason to doubt you) then fair enough. Like you say, can't control every idiot who decides to subvert football support. Unfortunately, happens a lot in football, and not so long ago the English game was full of all sorts of shit out in public.
