PEP: Yaya is part of the team because he’s training good & he’s fit. I love midfielders - if I could play with 11 midfielders I would!

PEP: (On youth) It’s not always easy to get in First Team. When they are able, we will let them show their talent

Since beating Bournemouth at home 4-0 on the 17th September our goals against read as:

1, 1, 3, 2, 1, 4, 1, 1, 0, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 3, 1

That is 16 games with one clean sheet, absolutely utterly pathetic - I don't know how anybody could argue with that.

It is of cause not just down to one individual player but a collective failure of the whole team, do I think it will improve - not seen anything on the pitch to think it will.

Face facts either the players are not good enough or Pep is hopeless at coaching defensive tactics.

Leicester will score of that I have no doubt, we will have to put our chances away or a defeat is on the cards however bad Leicester have been.

I will argue that we simply need to score more than the oppponents. And if our players had put away half of the chances created, we would have won most of them. Simple: When we have more of the ball you limit the opponents'' goalscoring opportunities and we upgrade our chances to score. The main problem so far is not putting the chances away. Brings up the question if you have ever been interested in Pep as a coach and the way he wants his teams to play football and learn players to see football differently. Btw, that is a retorical question.

Leicester goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel is close to a return after a hand injury, although he is unlikely to play against his former club on Saturday.

Nampalys Mendy only returned from injury in midweek and will not start, while Danny Drinkwater is still banned.

Manchester City trio Sergio Aguero, Fernandinho and Nicolas Otamendi are all serving suspensions.

Raheem Sterling is expected to be involved after missing the last two matches with a knee injury.

Not confident even though Leicester are playing shit. We set up perfectly for them to exploit, only good thing is that Drinkwater is out as he is adept at the early ball over the top so they should miss him. 1-1

Wanker Marriner 4th Official.

I've a feeling we'll win this match well.

I am more confident that we will get a result away from home at the moment rather than at home. They will score because we have shit tactics when it comes to defending plus a pub standard player in the nets. But I'm confident that we'll score at least two at the other end, 1-2 City!!

Sterling and Nacho play well together.

I reckon we'll be thinking about them as a long term attacking partnership option by end of play tommorow.
