He can dictate things tho, unlike Delph.
Don't think Delph's defensive ability makes up for it either. Also feel he's a redcard waiting to happen. Thin he's better as a defensive 8, someone to press from the front.

Delph was a great dictator for England while wearing an armband . He does go hard at times and I don’t mind at all .
