Leicester currently having a massive injury crisis with almost all of their defenders out or being rushed back from injury. Fofana is out, James Justin is out, Pereira is touch and go, Evans is out, Vestegaard and Bertrand are touch and go.
Are you sure Evans is out?

I've just glanced at their forum and it seems Evans is a doubt but Soyuncu should play. They'll still have Ndidi and Tielemans in midfield which will be a task. Our GK situation and their defence should make for an entertaining game.

The media have tried to pinpoint Ronaldo's debut as a cry to arms re: the 3pm blackout, but the clear and obvious is this would be far more entertaining for the neutral.

Soyuncu was sent off for two daft fouls in the Netherlands-Turkey game which ended 6-1 so he will not be on the top of his game particularly if JFE is not there to direct him.

Hope ederson plays but I'm not worried about Carson playing think ederson has had about 2 shots to save so far in 3 games and non in last 2 I expect leicester will play on counter and leave us to do the attacking so long as we have no brain farts at the back we will be fine.

I still think this gets sorted out tomorrow and Eddie and Gabby will play.

Ederson
Walker
Dias
Laporte
Cancelo
Rodri
De Bruyne
Bernardo Silva
Gundogan
Grealish
Torres

I have a feeling how this will go. We’ll be all over them, but fail to score in the first half as usual, then fall to two sucker punch goals, at least one from Vardy whose pace always causes us issues, and despite a typical late rally from us after a slow arsed stroll after missing 20 chances we’ll get one back but it won’t be enough.

Coupled with the media circus over some old rag player that will inevitably follow this will be a weekend to ignore all football and watch the cricket.

I hope my pessimism is seriously misplaced, but our failure to sign a striker has put such a huge downer on this season for me. Maybe the lads can show me I’m wrong, I really hope so.

Come on City!
