Presumably that depends if we’re scheduled to play the second leg on the Tuesday or the Wednesday?Will this get moved to a Saturday due to champions league participation?

Either Leicester at (H) or Southampton (A) will be moved.
I don't know why UEFA do it but you either play Wednesday-Tuesday or Tuesday-Wednesday, giving half the draw 6 days recovery and the other half 8 days.
9th April - Southampton (A)
11/12th April - CL QF 1st leg
16th April - Leicester (H)
18/19th April - CL QF 2nd
If we get Tuesday 11th - Wednesday 19th then Southampton (A) will be moved.
If we get Wednesday 12th - Tuesday 18th then Leicester (H) will be moved.
