Mine arrived today. I live in London - yeah, I know! From Ashton originally - so surprised you've not got them yet as the post down here's usually a bit slow. Your postman might be self-isolating? Or a City fan?

I'm in South Manchester. Was down at the ground yesterday and enquired at the ticket office. They said it had been printed and should arrive by Friday.
When I bought my ticket there were 5 left for sale so with 3,000+ tickets to send out, I'm hoping they did it in order of purchase and that's why the delay.
