I agree.I seriously doubt it. There have been accusations, backed up with facts and figures about certain Premier league referees. Nothing was ever made public and the refs involved effectively got away with it.
Any proof of Leicester cheating will be quickly hushed up. You only have to look how much Italian football suffered due to cheating and bribes. The prem will not want to damage the cash cow.

I'm convinced the authorities are turning a blind eye to it along with match fixing. With FIFA ruling football full stop, anything could be happening and covered up because certain people are making lots of money from it.
