Leicester City (A) | Post Match Thread

why do we think akanji went off? we flapped about at the bavk after he went off.

gundogan i was also frustrated with and our general lack of intent to score a second once they opened up

did we create a single ‘chance’ in open play during the entire game?
Agree.

I wanted Gundogan subbed off, Foden to be put onto the RW and Bernardo back to the midfield.

Ah well, 3 points is all that matters, although we're not at our best ATM.

We completely controlled it whilst leicester ewere camped in their own half. Soon as they had a go we were awful.
we cant keep the ball under pressure anymore.
Put ourselves into trouble but think we just need to know when to hoof it downfield. Don‘t need to always play it out.

Hard earned, but deserved win. That goal, wow absolute worldie from Kev. Defensively we were very good today, Boulders and Akanji in particular being the key picks.

Our star man today imo was Grealish, hardly ever gives the ball away and won us the free kick which Kev scored from. Finally mention for the City fans, brilliant support today very loud.

Toptastic! Forrest to get a result tomorrow then fab weekend!

Not going to happen but it's ok since we won an away match :)
A good win today, not pretty, not that easy in the end, but it's not easy to break a 10 men defense in or near the penalty area.

Many players seem tired and out of form. Maybe this damn World Cup has something to do with this and their training programs are scheduled for them to be in top form then. Thankfully same applies to Liverpool, Tottenham and Arsenal where they also seem tired.

Every game ?..........Wow

We just went top of the League
I meant recently of course, ever since the Copenhagen away game we've been struggling to break teams down, I don't want to sound like a whinger I'm just pointing out what I've observed.
