Schmeichel, Evans, Castagne, Soyuncu, Fofana, Mendy, Ndidi, Tielemans and Iheanacho are all on international duty.

Compare that with us.

Ederson, Walker, Aké, Laporte, Mendy, Fernandinho, Aguero and Jesus all have two weeks off.

Also look forward to Leicester away game , 40 mile round trip in the car or 30 min train journey , what’s not to like. Much better than a 300 mile round trip for home games.

I prefer Newcastle away 10 mins in car but looks like that’s unlikely next season

pep will play double pivot with rodri gundogan and jesus up top on his own with KDB given a free role mahrez will defo play and sterling or foden on the other side

That's pretty much on par for maybe two thirds of Premier League sides these days, it's only the likes of Burnley and SU with mostly British squads that wouldn't have a lot of call ups.

i think that's the key. city have jumped up 2 or 3 levels better than anything in the premier league. we are more of a team that's works hard to keep the ball and let the others chase

hate saying we are champions until we have crossed the line. its a dangerous game to think we have done enough
with covid-19 and playing 3 games a week it can change in a flash. we all know united get a sniff the officials will do the rest and make life hard for city

i would take a point ? but pep and city don't settle for a draw in any game. pep will be all over this game with a fine tooth comb. he's had 2 weeks to watch them and get a plan to put to the team within 2 days

Its a measure of the success of the side to some degree so while most club devotees like most of us are don't like them during a season the number of international competitions basically means significant interruptions during the club season are the norm now.

I guess when all is said and done injuries can come at any time and would impact most if not all of the contenders at various stages during the season.

Tough game this. Brenda will be up for it (short arse twat that he is....) Alas, we need to get back in that groove pre International break. Just got to give it max until the end of the season. Leeds and Chelski will also be grinders tbh. I'm hoping for an away win but I won't sulk if it is a draw. :D
