Leicester post match thread

The attack near the end with 97+ minutes played. Sane can take it right into the corner and kill the game. Most of the team are knackered and unable to support him making the chances of third goal slim. He takes the low percentage option and cuts inside and then could slip a pass to Aguero who is relatively free in their box. But no, he greedily opts to shoot and blasts it against a defender, we turnover possession and they start an attack. Yes I'd have loved him to score but the option to take everytime there is to kill the clock in the corner. This poor game management by the players will have to change next season. Learn quickly when to feign an injury when under the kosh to stop the game, when to take a yellow for the team to break up a swift counter. when to kill a game in the last 10 minutes when we have a one goal lead or leave with a draw. It can't be sexy football ALL the time.

Pragmatic game management. Just watch Barca,Franco FC,Munchen.

You mean diving all over the show and waiting for the ref to blow his whistle every time they come under pressure.

Is that game management or cheating and what would your best mate think of it all?

That's the 'mourinho way'.

Absolutely it is as it is with the Barca's and Real Madrid's of this world.

You play well and get on top of them and they dive and allow the ref to stop you in your tracks and basically fucking cheat.

Unbelievable that a few on here think that's the sort of pragmatism we need to show.

We played well. Deserved the win against what is a bogey team and a difficult game.

We totally bossed the fisrt half. Not sure they changed anything in particular that made us worse in the 2nd half, it was us not them.... Pure nerves and fear once Leicester scored their out-of-the-blue goal. We need to be stronger than that, we need to know we are capable of beating them (and our other bogey teams)

Was quite embarrassing hearing us singing about empty seats at OT after the 6-1 game on, even worse when hearing Leicester fans singing "you're grounds too big for you."

And even they had empty seats.!!

bit of luck went our way Saturday, should of finished it in the 1st half before the penalty drama with Mahrez

Few players need to work on their defensive side of the game.

Jesus was poor, but nowhere near as bad as Clichy.

Leicester were the dirtiest most cynical team I have seen in years, falling over at every opportunity, feigning injury, moaning at the ref I thought I was watching the Leeds team of old. They have gone from my second favourite team to most hated in record time, I really hope they go down next year! " Ranieri, oh oh oh oh, you stabbed him in the back, you bunch of fucking t****!!" Horrible bastards!
