Lost a lot of the fizz when Silva went off. Dzeko had a decent game and Javi Garcia did better! Comfortable and took our foot off the gas in the last quarter.

Didn't have to be fantastic, through the cup comps you just need to make sure you win. Another three goals. What is a club record number of goals in all comps in a season?
Huge shame about Zab. Someone needs to have a word with the physios/doctors/someone. Maybe it's just blown out of proportion but this many types of the same injury can't be coincidence?

good win that and Milner MoM... he is impressive where ever he plays... really like his attitude on the pitch... 2 good goals for Dzeko and good matching all over where we could rest players for the weekend against Fulham and another win away!!!

I didn't expect anything else. It was always going to be a team made up largely with players who don't play together much, and therefore our free-flowing style was going to look stuttering and broken.
