I'd be interested to know would we have paid the extra 6m if it was part of his fee and not a separate payment to his agent. So if he's been sold for 27m and 6m to his agent would we have paid 33m in one fee just to Malaga and do you think 33m is good value for him?

It seems to me that this is more of a problem when a family member is the players agent, is Cavani's dad not his agent? If he is that makes is even more less likely he will come to us.

You'd think it would get to a point where a few million wouldn't mean that much to you. His Dad is probably set for life as is, so it's simply him just being a greedy ****. Sad really, particularly if he's jeopardizing his sons happiness and progression in the process.

If we make an exception then we are more open in having the piss taken out of us repeatedly .

If Isco isn't coming because his Dad is forcing him to join RM then I can't say I am overly bothered. From now onwards we only want players joining because they want to so no more Balotellis etc.

The Kaka deal never happened because of his bent father/agent and that was a massive bullet dodged and perhaps this might be a blessing in disguise.

If you back hand these agent fees the agents will have one over on us and could black mail the club or they will report this..

Im under the impression agents fees are the norm with most transfers nowadays. If your talking about cheating FFP, well in my view it's not a fair rule as it is in it's current form because certain clubs with an agenda have pushed it.
