Leona Lewis Attacked...

May I tentatively suggest that you dismount your lofty pillar of judgement here Bigga and, just for a moment, stop trying to hijack the moral high ground.
Was it not you yourself who suggested that Katie Price and Kerry Katona would be "deserving" of such violence?
Oh,but I suppose you were only "joking"...
Well - which one is it Bigga?
Are you a hypocrite in saying that some violence is deserved,or are you a hypocrite in only allowing your wonderfully judgemental self the privilege of making fun of it,and denying the rest of us the option?

Indeed, you are correct and I do take back what I said about Price and Katona. I was more taken aback that someone who doesn't seek the headline could be attacked and yet people crack jokes about it.

Headlines seekers: Price mentioning she had been raped, yet refusing to name her 'attacker'. But is seen as a 'role model' for young women.
Katona, sniffing coke and drinking and mixing her prescriptions, whilst fronting adverts that show her out as a 'good mother'.
Lewis, sings, keeps her down and just attends whatever she's asked to. Attacked.

It p*ssed me off and I wrongly said the former two deserved it, IN COMPARISON.

No worries.
I doubt that anyone on here is advocating violence towards women, full stop - or at least I hope they aren't.
You don't have to list Katona & Prices' misdemeanours - they are all well-publicised,but that STILL does not mean that they should be denied the same protection under the law from attack by deranged madmen.
There is no "sliding scale" of culpability - no one deserves this, regardless of status, reputation, ethnicity, sexuality or whatever.
There is no COMPARISON - once you start making moral decisions on who "deserves" retribution more than the next person, you are on a very slippery slope.
And,at the end of the day, nobody died - the assailant has been sectioned and will receive the appropriate care, and Leona will undoubtedly recover, which is all good.
A few jokes are hardly the end of the world.

It's not really the 'jokes' that bother me. They're just a bit sh*t, really.

It's the people that say 'she deserves it' for having anything to do with 'X Factor'. The people that think it's 'staged'!! I mean wtf??

I know some people live their lives being cynical and having theories, but that's just ridiculous in the extreme!

It is bad shit that. There is a part of me thinking if it was a set up. Leona Lewis new book maybe albums not selling well I wouldn't put it by Cowell.

The last couple of weeks Strickly and the X factor have been in the press over racism 1 week next week outing a bi bloke and now this. I wonder what Strickly has for next week maybe lesbian afair with Dickson and Daly live on air there ratings would hit the roof.

That was my first thought.

Cowell is shitting them being on against each other next week thanks to the Brasil grand prix.

Ali Bastian joining into make it a threesome would get me hooked.
Mat I dont know why people watch the X Factor. They were giving out on it the other week over the girl group dressing too tarty. Look on Strickly most of the time the dancers are wearing next to nothing and some of them pro dancers are stunners compared to Miss Cole and Minogue.
