Fantastic. Cheers. : )

You should bear in mind his analysis is as negative as possible RE:Sterling and as positive as possible re Sané.

For all his better composure in front of goal, he's never managed more than 9 goals in a season - a total Sterling has surpassed the last 3 years.

He's very raw and inconsistent. He was dropped from the Schalke team for chunks of last season because he was in bad form and couldn't score. Most journalists in Germany think this move is coming too early for him.

He is a work in progress and we are buying potential - But he has tons of it. Talked about as Germany's biggest prospect of his generation.

He posted on his Instagram today that he was enjoying the last few days of his vacation. Hopefully the deal is wrapped up once he gets back.

He asked how they compare and in my opinion, it's easy to see which one of them has the true potential to be world class.

Everything I said regarding Sterling is common knowledge to those who have watched him regularly. He doesn't strike the ball purely or with any conviction, doesn't have the greatest touch when dribbling at speed and can't seem to quite utilize his pace to the maximum. One of the things I'm looking forward to most this season is how Pep goes about improving him and getting the best out of him. I want him to prove me wrong.

You said Sterling is only capable of beating players with pace, which anyone who ever watched sterling before Pellegrini neutered him knows is completely untrue - see his goal vs. Chelsea or countless others at Liverpool, and you also seem to think he has no composure in the box - Sané has never scored a goal with the composure sterling showed in the box as he scored his hattrick vs Bournemouth.

Like I said. Your comment painted sterling in the most negative possible light and did the opposite with Sané.

I'm glad you're looking forward to seeing sterling shine under a decent manager - a manager who approved his transfer last summer after all.

Thanks @domalino I appreciate your posts. I think Bobby sees kind of what I'm seeing in Sterling. There's a reason Sterling is so divisive though and it's mostly undeserved.

This all day, and in general I hate seeing everybody bar Kun get painted in such a negative light in comparison to possible targets. If it was just all on the players, Pep wouldn't be our manager right now, remember that.

I don't get him at all, brilliant counter attacking like Sterling but we will be a posesion team under Pep, all his sucess has been on the counter using his pace it'll be interesting to see what Pep does with them both.

The end goal after all the ball recycling is to exploit the weak spot after we broke the opponent down, hopefully unleashing one of them and putting them in position to score or to get the cross into the box.
