He is 20, and according to the laws of the Premier league if you are young you value multiplies next season even if you have a shit season. Its a no brainer when you look at the fee. I am sure Pep has huge plans for him. Low saw a lot in him to take him to the Euros.

Nowadays it seems that 1) 2) and 3) are interchangeable.

Medical is probably done by now. Interview doesn't take long. If he's in training the club won't be able to keep it secret. Journalists will hide in the bushes to get a snap of him.
