Mark Hughes should take note from tonight's game, Lescott only hoofed it up field twice all game and Bridge didn't once, both of them played the ball to feet and picked out an england shirt with a great pass, especially Bridge, so when they play for us don't tell them both to twat it up field because both are capable of passing the ball Mr.Hughes.

IMO Lescott looked more comfortable tonight playing for england against the best team in the world Brazil than he did last saturday playing for us against Burnley!, his body language was alot different than it is at city, i think the pressure was off him because he wasn't playing for us, he had a great game and made some top tackles and interceptions, i'm not his biggest fan at the moment but i think it's time we lay off him and let him get on with it, tonights game has done bridgy and lescott a massive confidence boost.

Lescott was England's best player but I am sorry SWP is not up to it IMO, his decision making and first touch at times are really poor.

But Hughes is clearly still good for at least another week of endless criticism. Even England performances are still somehow signs of how crap he is. Probably Hughes that told Lescott to give away the penalty too.
