Very, Very interseting Lescott not playing. Yobo replaces him, that looks like a team preparing to play without him.

For what its worth I think you will all admit that you have done well to gain your investment...

But....I don't think you will be the only team to gain investment over the next 2-3 years...

Lets just hope what money that has been put in actually does you favours....

Your not as good as chelsea, liverpool, united or arsenal and havnt the manager to take you there....You will possibly take our position in fifth due to the amount you have spent but that is all in hyensight and its a wonderful thing as they say....If we take 22m from you trust moyes to find another few gems and make them in 22m players.

For we have a great manager!
The transfer window is the phoney war. City fans may have enjoyed the transfer window, but this is just preparation for the real thing.

I agree City have been lucky to be taken over by people ho looked at a few clubs, but you can't say that City fans haven't earned the luck through our loyalty in refusing to let the club die through what were very hard times.

I don't think City have done anything wrong other than in trying to match the ambition of fans everywhere. We've been criticised for going for players like Ronaldinho, Kaka, and Terry, but isn't that what every fan dreams of?

3-4 years ago we were thinking the same as you guys aswe watched Chelsea plunder our players, but you never know what's around the corner. EFC maybe taken over in the near future as Kenwright has been looking for funds.

Until he leaves for OT you do.

I have to agree with you there.....until Kenwright fu@ks off.....He is treading on a thin line with regards to keeping moyes....and I think this is why we feel so strong about lescott not leaving....If the club shows abit of metal and don't sell we can say we are moving forward...if we sell we have moved a step back.....I think the only way the club could redeem themselves is if we used the money to sign Joao moutinho....which is a big possibilty.

I do also believe with our current starting 11 we will be a better team than city next season and have a chance of pushing the top 4 ourselves....once jagielka, yakubu and arteta come back to fitness I think we are fine.

I suppose the everton fans our just angered that we have done so well over the recent seasons but the board fails to give the manager what he deserves.....

It is time for Kenwright to go! he has the club at heart but also himself....He hasn't tried in the slightest hard enough to sell the club and I think he is living in a dream world, having fantasies that one day he will take everton back to former glory! It won't happen without investment!

Completly understand your comments re your club mate, but Kenwright and his lack of investment/backing of a manager/team is hardly our fault.

We are so fucking lucky and we wont be the only team to get lucky, hopefully you guys will cop a break and can start to dream just like we are.

All i ask is that remind a few of your fellow fans about the shit they came on here spouting, when they are doing exactly the same thing.

Best of luck for the season

If you listen to the media they regard Kenwright as a model owner. Is it his fault that he doesn't have the wealth to pump into the club?

No need to thank me I'm not defending Everton, they aren't a team I have much time for although I do admire your Chairman.

My point was made in response to 'In the Know' the man that puts the moron into oxymoron.

I love people that say things like that from the safety of their keyboard. My guess is your a fat bald old man, that has a snooze after his sunday lunch

It has to be said from the 'safety' of a keyboard because we are a long way away from each other (geographically and mentally), if we were in the same room it would be a conversation; do you see the difference?

As for your guess, you're not far off now let me have a go....you are a manual worker, mid twenties poor job prospects, inadequate education and sexually frustrated with a huge collection of porn, two kids you don't see that often, you 'read' the Sun and listen to Talk Sport; I don't think we'd get on in 'real' life.

Oh and man city is something we get called by lazy journalists, non football fans and people that don't know any better, that's fine for man united but we are actually called Manchester City.

This makes me think even more that he is leaving them, why the fuck would a small injury make the breaking news haedline on their website???

Sounds like they are trying to cover something up, like a transfer request. It keeps the price up.
