As i have said on numerous posts he is a quality centre half and will need time to settle - he has had a few excellent games recently long may it continue.

True, true. But is it just me who almost craps there pants everytime a ball gets near the box? Ive never been too confident about our defending! imsure it will all come good soon though

He did well in the box, he had a few tricky balls and crosses into the box that he handled very well.

And that is the sign of a quality pro - how often have we been turned over by lesser clubs in cup competitions - he did his job as we all (as does the City coaching staff)

Lets just remember if he has a couple of lesser games he aint a shit centre half - i saw him a few times when he was at Everton and he was quality especially again Liverpool in the FA Cup against Torres last year.
