I don't necessarily think we should change the team as much as build for the future. I'm not sure how much longer Kolo will play or even wishes to play. We need a fourth CB really. Could be Boyata to be honest, but that means we need to reinforce the fullbacks as well. Depth is needed.

Cahill wouldn't get in the team. Lescott is better than him and that's a simple fact! Would be good to have as back up though, but i can't see him wanting that.
Cahill isn't as good let alone better than Lescott. I'm not too sure we need to worry much about central defenders in the next transfer window. We have Kompany, Lescott, Boyata, Boateng and even Micah if needed. And that doesn't include Kolo.
