lescotts last action in a blue shirt

lescott's price tag is his worst enemy.

Would agree here. He was way overpriced, he is never worth that kind of money. Good but not that good. He's still an excellent player on his day, but not to the point where he merits that sort of money. Obviously, when you pay big money for players, you expect big things, but for him he's simply not worth that much, he doesn't have that much ability, and therefore there's always going to be a dissapointment for some supporters.

As I said, on his day he's excellent and he has done quite well, generally, when he has played this season. He is brilliant to have as a third choice centre back. He's best when he plays with Kompany, him and Toure were quite bad as a pair last season.

He made a mistake today but it's not something he will make a habit of doing.

Not kneejerking because of the pen, but I have to say, Lescott's not good enough for me.

Kolo is good enough on his day, with Kompany, but we need either better cover than Lescott or a better player than Kolo and he can drop to be cover.

Luiz for me. I think today's performance will have sharpened Mancini's mind in this area.

Great win though - best game of football I've seen this season.

Boring, boring City :D

Not good enough for city?,there,s either a lot of supporters with short memories,or as i suspect a lot of new found fans, not quite sure that they know the difference between fans and supporters.

seems silly people think he'd go anywhere this January as he is our first-choice reserve CB. We can't just keep 16 players we've still got 3 fronts to compete on.

Toure was embarassing today. Lescott is about 50 x better than him.

Should be first choice centre back alongside Vincent.

what happened to Kolo, saw he was struggling and obviously went off early but didn't hear Roberto say anything about it post-match.

I heard Mancini on the radio afterwards saying it wasn't serious.

Mancini said he wasn't too bad.....Not serious.

good to hear. Curious as to what the CB pairing will be for Leicester, hate having to risk Vinny playing 3 times in a week but might not have a choice. Boateng/Lescott pairing maybe?
