Lets Face The Facts. Nobody Is Willing To Sell....

question guys

do you have to buy players from English league?

why dont we buy some players from europe like germany france or holland...ect

This transfer window will be like a game of bluff.

Believe it or not a lot of clubs do need our money and if city are patient these clubs will be back on the phone to us come the end of jan.
i`ve waited 30 years and i can wait another 30 days without panicking

Spot on!

City can look at 3/4 players etc for each position. Put in bids and slowly increase to someone caves in. I think its like the housing market. People want top dollar but its a buyers market and a think a game of bluff is going on.

Blackburn don't need to sell. I'm sure fat Sam would rather keep Cruz for another six months, get Blackburn safe and then sell him in the summer when he will get a better offer and have more time to find other players.

We are deperate for a top quality striker(blackburn have 3 good strikers) and Blackburn know this. The fact that we can't keep a clean sheet is bad enough, but that is only made worse because we can't score any goals. Blackburn have the trump card. Cruz. They do not have to sell yet and they will hold tight until we offer them their asking price. Same with all our other targets. We are a sitting duck.

West Ham in particuler are in no state to gamble that we will pay over the odds because they are a court judgment away from going bust.

That's why the business will be done at the backend of the window, like always!

We should be able to beat Pompey, Wigan, Newcastle and Stoke with the current squad...shouldn't we???

Remember, even we get some in, we will at most get another 2 or 3, and they have to bed in. No one really beds in immediately. Our injuries to our current squad of Petrov, Jonno, Boj and now SWP hit us badly.

Perhaps a change in formation with Garrido and Bridge working up the left? Could work, and see us through Jan when we can pinch players at end of desperate teams.

Blackburn know the best time to sell Santa Claus is in Jan, as we would surely go and buy someone better with more time, so they'll want rid! I'm not overly bothered by Santa but he's better than Jo, Benji et al.

Lets assume your the Blackburn manger(sorry I know that sucks!)but if your trying to stay up wouldn't you think that fight would be made easier with say 18m and no RSC than with RSC at the club?

West Ham would rather stay up. It makes no sense to them to sell their better players and go down. If I was their chairman, I would do everything in my power to keep my best players. The worst case scenario for West Ham is relegation.

IMO West Ham won't go down. WBA, Stoke and AN-OTHER will

If they go into administration they have 15points taken off anyway don't they? and if they are counting on Bellamy to keep them up then they are really fucked.
