Which would be easiest to knock out with a single punch?

I think a sheep would be easiest. A swans neck is more floppy and I believe this could absorb the fists impact. A sheeps head is more boney and the short neck would probably struggle to absorb the impact resulting in increased trauma to the brain.

A goats neck is longer I think, but maybe not long enough to stop it from being knocked out.

Have you seen Rams head butting each other they can break your legs, you need to be a Crane (karate kid)and kick it in the head snapping its neck.
