i hope people dont forget Stones in the critisicm. Another over the hill player who should be waved goodbye at the end of the season along with Bernardo and Ake. the defending was badly positioned and we were so deep making the first challenge.
 
We have gone from being in a decent position in the table to being potentially 10th after tomorrow’s games. We have to play Madrid away soon where we will absolutely capitulate. Worrying that with 3 or 4 players out of that team we look shockingly average.
 
That’s on Pep and the board.
Our recruitment recently has been piss poor.
Half the squad is ‘could be’ players.
Which begs the question wtf was that starting lineup?
Shameful all round.
The subs tried but by that point the games done.
All they had to do at that point was sit back and defend.
We’re weak as shit both physically and mentally.
I swear I’d rather see Moonchester on the wings than Savinho.
How he starts a game when I don’t think he’s even good enough to come off the bench.
Crazy we didn’t sell him to spurs, it’s complete insanity that we gave him a new contract.
We’ll be lucky if anyone takes him on loan.

I really feel for the Blues who travelled and payed to watch that shit tonight.
 
In hindsight, was disrespectful to Leverkusen playing second string and players not back up to full speed yet.
Felt sorry for Bobb. Must have been a toss of the coin as to whether Riennders stayed on.

Ah well, on to the next one.

To add to the shed load of new players we've got in the last 12 months? It's time we started getting the most out of them
 
Another one in the collection of Pep's CL atrocities.

I think people are deluding themselves with this talk the first team, the second one and so, I think both Pep and this team are gone some time now. Liverpool result gave us false hope.

Everything that could have gone wrong has gone wrong, we haven't have good game in the CL since the final, and even then it was the start of slide.

Bot players and Pep's coaching have been mediocre at best for some time now.

We've brought in some new players. Could have recouped some of the money (Savinho) and bought again however someone, somewhere decided not to. We could go out and buy another six players but where's the calibre of the players these days?

That starting line up was a fucking discrace, and questions need to be asked of you Pep. Each and every fan who dragged themselves out on a cold Tuesday night to be treated to City's B team deserves a refund.
What was it, arrogance? Did he honestly believe that team was good enough to beat Leverkusen? We aint beating Madrid next week, so out of the top eight we go. And another two extra games to look forward to next season, that worked out so well last year.

The irony of resting tired players tonight, only now likely to have to play 2 more games
 
I thought we was starting to play more direct but that first half was wank pass pass pass pass backwards pass pass pass!

Maybe everyone get behind the ball don’t press a team who are fucking brilliant at passing through our press!
