Anyone go to the Etihad tonight? Fantastic gig. He was on top form and the setlist was great.

It was biblical mate. He was absolutely amazing, sounded like peak Oasis for me, cracking setlist and top performance for all of them. His voice was on it all night, was surprised just how good he was.

Did you hear the lad playing the saxophone on Ashton old Road? Walking back after the gig he was playing the fernandinho tune and there was lots of de de de de de de Fernandinho chants from everyone.

Top top night. City winning the league, Charlatans and Liam at the Etihad, doesn't get much better than that.

On getting to my seat I found I was in joes corporate section so cracking view and facilities

loads of blues around me singing campeones etc. lots of scousers there too, presumably the ones booing when Liam played that at the start lol

Superb night that. Crowd were awesome and was a great atmosphere. Set list was bang on and fair play, he packed the songs in. Still buzzing

Tune of the highest calibre but unlikely he writes any of his stuff tbf mate.

I disagree. You can tell by the lyrics that a lot of them are very basic and juvenile. A lot of them are about Noel and Oasis n’all.

I was there last night. Liam was in absolute banging form. Went to knebworth in 96 and had the pleasure of taking my daughter last night. Jumping around like loons for a few hours..loved it!!!
