Lifelong blue's 60th - can the club help?

Hi all,

I have been asked to look into potentially sorting something for a lifelong City fan's 60th birthday. Not expecting a parade, but I know I've seen people in the past get letters or something along those lines from the club. If anyone knows who at the club is best to contact for these things or any other avenues I could go down, I would really appreciate it (It's actually a relative of my boss so I'm keen not to come back empty-handed).
