Surely we would have to wait for a CAS decision? Both sides think they are right over the contract clause issue. So to get him on a free would be a long wait would it not? And time is of the essence considering his age! We can’t sign him on a free if there’s a contractual dispute, surely? And if we could, what happens if Barca then win at CAS?
