Yeah Chorltonville and Beech Road/the Green area are a magnet for burglars and car thieves since the BBC/Media City mob started colonising and gentrifying

There has definitely been an increase in crime as of late.

There was an attempted burglary of my great uncle’s neighbour’s home a year or so ago; they were apparently put off by the neighbour’s taste in furniture.
