Personally I don’t believe he would have been aware of what they intended and secondly I don’t believe he will resign with them.

Also if you look at their behaviour why do you think they would have been truthful to Messi about any of this. Their desperate and will now do and say anything

The league remains inflexible on salary limit, won't change the rules, Barça have to urgently reduce costs to comply with these rules.

Exact translation is a bit messy, so it's what I could make out from reading some other tweets as well. Interesting, all this is obviously in talks so Messi signing a new deal does not cause trouble with the rules.

Tebas will want cerefin’s job so I don’t think he will help Barca
 
Barça may have more than 50% less than their salary cap this season, which was 347 million euros. Many footballers have to lower their card in order to register players.
