I hope he’s right but not sure it adds up, Tolm said Messi was starting contact with FIFA today about his contract which still suggests he’s trying to leave on a free and there’s been no sign or briefs of any negotiations taking place yet.

Former player and lifelong City fan, seems likely he'd have some contacts. He went early and very strong on the CAS news too so unless he was guessing he knows something. He's on TalkSport tomorrow morning 8-10.
