I don't know of, nor can find any, examples of it having happened. Not in the same window.

Perhaps the journalists on here have some notes to check, or anyone else if they know of one out of interest.

Would have thought he should have signed a new contract with who ever for insurance cover,I think he has a bob or to put aside,but why chance it if a club is paying for it.
