just watching that video reminded me of how absurdly better he is at playing football than anyone else. I have seen him live just the once at the start of his Senior career In 2005 whilst on a stag weekend in Barca. Ronaldinho was who we went to see.. we all came away knowing we had seen someone extremely special and he didn’t look like bugs bunny. He is the most naturally gifted player of all time imo. I understand the marketing value of this deal. I'd also love to see Messi in a City shirt. He can still play a bit. And while he might add nothing to us defensively he'll occupy at least a couple of defenders creating space for Kevin, Kun etc. Imagine him instead of Mahrez.

Having said all that I think we'd be better off buying Mbappe.
