At the end of the season it appeared there would be many changes to the squad, something in my opinion we desperately need. A serious refresh, more hunger and younger players.
I do wonder if the clubs stance on this has changed, even more so now the Messi deal looks like it's off. And unless Pep does extend his contract, are the club going to wait until the new man is in charge next season before they spend serious cash?

I personally don't believe it is what he wants, if at least, wanted. But i do expect it to happen. I think his desire to leave and join us was genuine, but to avoid a bit of a bluff and difficulty, think he is happy to sit it out and take a chance by march, when he probably will end up signing a new deal. Heck he might even do it before January if bartomeu gets removed with this petition, who knows.
