I’m in Lisbon soon on a work do. Keen to escape for a bit and check out bits of the city.

Any good bars / museums / restaurants etc? I know nothing about the place!

We did the city tour bus when we played them earlier this season,I wouldn't recommend it pretty crap to be honest. few decent bars the couch bar was pretty good the Irish bar we went in did decent meals all in all thought Porto was the better of the two.

Delirium is a great bar for a session with superb beers on offer. There's a pool table as well.

Baird Alto is the best area for drinks at night. Very good mix of bars and pubs for all tastes in an old part of the city. Lots of restaurants there to choose from .

the beer house/restaurant is a good visit for something different which is historic and picturesque as it’s an old monetary., not really expensive either - Cervegaria Trinidade

How long are you there for?

Sintra is a good day trip on the train.

There's a few things to see there, Moorish Castle, Art Deco mansion, gothic mansion and grotto grounds.

Worth checking out if you can get a ticket to one of the big two teams in the city, when I was there Sporting were playing at home.

What a fine euphemism sir. Bravo.

Looks like a fine city - wouldn't mind travelling there myself.
Do a bit of a report/pics if you can . I'd be interested to see.

That Cervegaria Trinidade looks very cool.
