List 6 big name Bands/Singers you never got into.

I get (but don't forgive and have made a mental note of all of the tossers on here putting The Smiths down in this thread...) why The Smiths have received a few nominations..... but Bolan?????
No way am I having that.

But Garth Brooks I get. If he isn't making shite snidy remarks about City in his weekly BBC column then he is turning out shite C&W songs too
I don’t hate Marc, just never got the hype. Having his own program on in the afternoon before Blue Peter didn’t enhance his image for me.

Adele - sounds like a hen night

Coldplay - posh twats being twats

Pink Floyd - also posh twats being twats

Dire Straits - tedious

Kraftwerk - tedious but with bleeps

Limp Bizkit - no explanation needed
I like Kraftwerk but it's a great description if you don't.

(Have to admit to liking Adele as well, or at least her voice and songs rather than her Norf London schtick)

c
Bob Marley

REM...... with that irritating aye ee aye ee aye ee aye ee aye ee aye they seemed to put in every song.

Oh, and stand by your beds...... Adele's allegedly got some new stuff coming out. So get ready for the glib clichés from people in the know, about how AMAZING she is, and doesn't she look great after losing some weight. Well done, love, in cutting down your visits to the fridge. Now you've got more time to sit on your settee, stare into the middle distance and write songs about a 5 year old lost love, and delivering it in a pubsinger style.
I love a bit of Bob Marley. Kind of agree with Adele. To me she comes across as a working class girl who's hit the jackpot and fair play. It's the people darn south with lots of cash who go to watch her as though they've taken some tramp off the street that kinda pisses me off.

muse
radiohead
libertines
bon jovi
anything similar to stormzy etc
anything similar to slayer death metal etc
Depeche Mode lightweights

I Am Klute too whiney

Muse overblown prog rock

The Streets irritating

Kaiser Chiefs middle-class, trying to be edgy

The Stranglers pub band
the stranglers a pub band, anything but, obviously i love them so will defend them, i've never heard them described as a pub band

The KKK
Kasabian
Kings Of Leon
The Killers
Had the debuts by all 3 of these and they're ok but once they realised that big soaring anthems to make loads of cash were the thing I lost interest.
Kasabian picked up the audience that Oasis had as they started to split.
You just don`t like the letter K do you.

Led Zeppelin
Pink Floyd
Radiohead
Coldplay
Genesis

I’ll stick a singer in as well

Bowie, three songs I like I think but that’s it

Elbow - Guy Garvey should be elbowed in his whiney gob.

Coldplay - Chris Martin should have a bucket of sick poured on his head, the miserable ****.

Kiss - Jean Simmons can kiss my shitty ring-piece because it'll never be as shit as Kiss.

Bjork - just fuck off you whiney bitch.

New Order - When Ian Curtis died the rest of the band formed New order i found them to be bland electronic pap.

The Courteeners - I've heard a few tracks and that's enough to form an opinion that they're absolutely shite.

Your right. Get Kula Shaker on there as well
Kula Shaker’s debut album was the best thing to come out of the Brit-Pop era, IMO. Superb songs, fantastic guitar work and driving Hammond, it was like something that came out of the 60s. It’s in my top 20-30 albums of all time, and I honestly don’t understand why they’re not more highly rated.

I'm beginning to think that the OP has some kind of masochistic relationship with Pink Floyd..

Anyway:

Coldplay
Stones
Metallica
RHCP
U2
Bon fucking Jovi

Too many to list but pretty much every "heavy metal" band from past to present.
