Listen to Spotify Playlists via YouTube music

I have a family subscription to YouTube Music / YouTube Premium and its great.....the music is as indepth as all other streaming sites, plus having no-adverts on YT is really good, as a family we all use YT a lot.

However, i often see people sharing Spotify Playlists and i really want to listen to them...but i dont subscribe to Spotify (im not gonna pay for 2 services)

Does anyone know how to click/listen to a Spotify playlist, but via YouTube music...perhaps theres an app that bridges the 2? I understand that if a song isnt available on one platform, then it wont play...but it wont be too common.

Ive tried googling this, but responses all seem to be about moving playlists from a spotify account over to a new youtube music account

Never tried it myself but it looks like you can export a Spotify Playlist to a text file which can then be imported to YouTube Music.

I dont have a spotify account though...as i pay for Youtube Music

You don't need a paid Spotify account to use it, just to use it without adverts. So presumably you can. Although perhaps that's one of the premium features.

BRILLIANT....solved it :-)

If i set up a free Spotify account, then click on a playlist that someone had created, including those that have been posted here for example, i can save it to my Spotify Library / Playlists...

...i then go to https://playlistbuddy.com/ and log into YT Music and Spotify there, selct the Spotify playlist i want to convert, it then transfers it into my YT Music account....AWESOME, it works :-)
