at supermarkets where you don't have to put a pound in a trolley, dickheads who leave their trolley in the only free space in the whole fucking car park.
at supermarkets where you do have to put a pound in a trolley, dickheads who choose to lock a small trolley into a big one to get their pound back. this is despite there being a row of small trolleys next to it, forcing anyone with a large trolley to find another trolley park because a small trolley can fit into a large one but not vice versa.
