I use sopcast
download and install but don't run
goto <a class="postlink" href="http://www.wiziwig.tv/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.wiziwig.tv/</a>
live sports
football
select game
choose a sopcast link with a bitrate above 1000kbs
give sopcast sometime to buffer the stream
if it doesn't start try another
make sure your on there at least 15 mins before kick off as the links sometimes disappear
