whats this about a Chinese sovereign fund takeover that sunday supplement were jizzing about.i thought dippers and journos were saying money is ruining football.will be intresting to see how its reported if true

Saw this, this morning and consequently had a look on rawk to gauge their reactions. The original article seems to have come from the Echo and they state that they won't sell but are open to selling a stake. This would value the club at £800m, similar to our investment from China. The hypocrites on rawk seem to think that the Chinese are going to invest £800m and this will give more spending power than both us and the rags. Makes for interesting reading whilst hilarious at the same time.

He looks like whats his name in the shining

One week they play like a prime barca the next they play like Sheffield Wednesday. It really is weird but like you said I think they only ever turn up when they're the underdog. Got a feeling we'll end the anfield curse this season.
Good coach, average players.

Some weeks the coaches work will shine through, other weeks the players quality will.

I'd only have one player from their entire squad at City (Coutinho).

Everton have a better team, so do Spurs, so do West Ham, never mind City Chelsea Arsenal United.

They have a team that works hard, but as you say, very little quality (except Coutinhno).
Watched yesterdays match and Henderson was fucking awful. Trying to spray balls around
a la Stevie G in his prime. He just ain't good enough. How he has made a career out of football,
is beyond me.

Show some respect, he was on the FIFA cover.

First time they've conceded against Burnley as well, fair play to Burnley they did it against United, us and now Liverpool....

Forgot to mention, has the media covered the poor handling of Joe Allen's transfer to Stoke? Apparently he only knew he was leaving because his mate texted him to say congrats on going to Stoke..... Have Liverpool been vilified for doing it in an unprofessional manner, unlike when Sterling was vilified for leaving in a professional manner?
Par for the course when it comes to their owners. They love vilifying their employees (both managers and players) in baseball here in the States and football over in your country. It's all about lining up the faithful to squeeze every pound and dollar out of them.

Clearly not coping with the hangover of winning the league on the 14th of August 2016 very well are they. Everyone, even "ickle" Burnley raise their game for the champions of the opening weekend.

Coutinho should definitely leave this summer, in fact he should try his luck in January! Firminho as well is pretty neat.

They are very average and will turn up for the big games again. They have a good coach bitvi cant see them being top 4, i think everton will finish higher. The chinese money will be declined due to it not being earned....

Thought the scousers loved getting money they hadn't earned?

Can't believe he didn't get slaughtered on MOTD for his piss poor tracking back for Burnley's second. It was fucking shocking.

Its all about perception isn't it? As long as a player leaves / is kicked out by them to go to what they perceive is a "lesser" club or not a threat to them then its immaterial the circumstances of that transfer and the actions of that player and their club. However if a player goes to a club they fear is a threat or they have to secretly admit is bigger - we know there is no club in the world bigger than the cult - then even if that player leaves on a free, takes no payoff and funds a cure for cancer that will be produced in a facility on Merseyside thus providing jobs for hundreds of thousands that player will be and will always be the devil incarnate.

p.s

I do realise anybody promising jobs for thousands thus meaning they may have to work for a living is risking being disliked in dipperville.
