I think Spurs are better than the candle lighters, but they don't have the depth. Kane is injured and they are just managing to draw. A full strength Spurs team are better than Liverpool.
 
In their last title winning season I'm sure they had the record for most penalty kicks?

It wouldn't surprise me. The media wankfest if they won the league is making me feel sick already.
 
Looking greatcat present, too reliant on sturridges form, and not enough depth in the squad to see it to the end without a lot of Leicester style luck IMHO. We may very well have to put up with the whole 'champions at Xmas' bollocks again though.

OH ffs, are you telling me we'll have to hope that they don't use the same doctor or associate with the same far east bookies as last season Leicester?

Them not play in Europe at all is the main reason they are so dangerous. I just hope they go long in both domestic cups.
 
A side that has lots of goals in them is always a threat. They look dangerous to me. It will be about keeping key players fit but if they do, the lack of Europe will really help them.

It was a masterstoke by the owners getting Klopp. He was made for the dippers.

I think the current top 3 will end up the top 3 and it's between Spurs and Chelsea for 4th place.
 
They are looking very good. So much better than when they won the league in April. We will need to take points off them this season especially at Anfield which will be a big ask, we never do well there.
 
It will be key between us and them as to who tightens up their defence the quickest.

Both teams susceptible to leaking goals at various times.
 
Wasn't overly impressed with them yesterday. Matip is fantastic but Lovren is an absolute liability and Moreno would be working on checkouts at Lidl if it wasn't for his pace.

At times I wish we went all out for Firmino last year but he's pretty inconsistent. As good as anyone when on form though and very entertaining to watch.
 
Watched the highlights of the match yesterday. Such a topsy turvy game. But asg soon as Liverpool has the lead, they never seem to relinquish it, their attack is way too strong at the moment. They seem like the real deal this season. Unbeaten against all the top teams so far and beating all the bottom to mid-table teams comfortably.
