It was a shame that Foden (who desperately needs a goal) wasn't on the pitch when Doku was dragging their defenders out of position.

Foden's just about the only current City player who'll bust a gut to score at the near post, but instead we had Doku dribbling through 2-3 defenders before pulling it back to Grealish who immediately reverse passed to Ake and suddenly the ball was back on the wing etc etc

Rinse and repeat

We make mistakes in games and get punished, unfortunately we don’t punish teams when they slip up like KDB yesterday.
I think over than Ortega, Lewis & Silva, the rest of the team have just come back from injury or carrying knocks.

Best we've played for a while?

Whilst I admit that we controlled the ball for a good deal of the second half. We created not one single chance. The only one we had was when VVD lost the ball to KDB.

Furthermore, we could and maybe should have been four down by half time and they missed an absolute sitter early in the second half.

The reality is that if we'd lost by four or five, we couldn't have complained that much, so if that's the best we've played in a while, then we are in much bigger bother than I thought.

just jumped in the air, gave the ball to Robertson who set up yet another chance. This was in that first 15 when we were getting pulverized. He wasn't the only one, it's just the first example that I grabbed. When you go there you have go to win 40/60s never mind 50/50s to stand a chance. That section of the dips were on their feet after that and pressure ramped up again...

I started work at 5 to 4 so I didnt get to watch the match, seeing this has just made me fume again. What the fuck is he doing, why does he think he can get away with this shit.

We need to start peppering the oppo's goalies when the chance is there. I'll take any type of goal atm deflections, rebounds, goalie errors, the lot. Shoot on sight.

Shut up you fucking gimp, unlike you sad acts I have a life and pop on during the working day. Go over all of my posts, I recently spoke of the worst defeat at the Etihad where my contribution was a wild shout that nobody other than a blue would know. Not being a happy clapping spanner, who calls it as it is doesn't make me a red. Used to be quality this place, now its littered with tossers like Kaz. Non match going fans calling me a United/Liverpool fan. Freaks

It is one moment in what was a very decent performance. I'd guess Rico put in more tackles and blocks than any others apart from Ake.
