I know almost nothing about football, but by God surely you start in-form Grealish in that game.

You also bring on Cole Palmer at 75 mins IMHO, and take Haaland off. He could have played 900 minutes and not scores today. Give them something different to think about.

Kev on his best day is unplayable, this was one of his worst I'm sad to say.

Phil worked his socks off, Bernie is a fucking legend, terrible error for the goal, just terrible, it's a game to forget in almost all respects.

As to VAR? If that's the other way round no way do they even call the ref over. This has always been my problem with it.

Extremely disappointing performance and result. Pep shit himself again in a big game unfortunately by changing the system to stop them rather than play our game which works. It’s fucking unacceptable.

Can’t blame him for Cancelo’s error though, but it was a very naive mistake to make.

I’m fucking raging with this one as they really aren’t a good side and we’ve let them build their confidence and we’ve dropped an incredibly winnable 3 points. Their right hand side was Harvey Eliot and James Milner and we didn’t attack it once in the first half.

And then we make a change on 88 minutes.

Shite.

Klopp loved being sent off it was a catalyst to the crowd that's the atmosphere that the dippers have to have to play their game . We just played into the atmosphere and forgot that we are by far the better football team just not a better street fighting team .

I thought we played well and deserved at least a point.

Ref was very inconsistent and let things go that were a lot more blatant fouls than the disallowed goal which is frustrating.

Typical Cancelo though. He’s either world class or utter wank, there’s no middle ground with him. He’s incapable of putting in a 7/10. Unfortunately todays performance was the latter.

Pep always overestimates Liverpool.

If we draw them at any point in the CL, go big on Liverpool to win.

When Joao’s bad, he’s really bad. Pep overcomplicated things as well unfortunately.

Need to put a good run together now before the world cup. Arsenal have been superb so far but let’s see what they’re made of in the business end of the season.
