We won the first half, they won the second, but truth be told we were the paint on post away from stealing it and we have kept ourselves in the title race.

Sometimes you have to suffer through these.

Thought we were piss poor, and worse of it was seeing us get bullied around all game.

Haaland, De bruyne and Foden all very poor, with Rodri and Ake finding the wrong time to play that poorly.

Less said about Alvarez the better.

For balance, I wasn't impressed by the dippers, thought they didn't create much.

Worth remembering in all the negativity that they basically created almost nothing clear cut and only scored becasue we gifted them a penalty.

It was a battle, but we've come away with a point having created the better chances.

Kovatic was excellent, as was Ortega.

You take that all day long, but they absolutely mullered us for large parts of that.
Kovacic steadied the ship, but until then it was like a suicide mission.

Still, at the candle factory it's most important that we don't lose so I'll take it.

Walker was great. Haaland completely invisible.

Truly awful 2nd half, ake’s fuck up for the pen started it, the scouse cunts were there for the taking & we’ve fucked it, feels like 2pts dropped :-/

Definitely a point gained. Not sure what it is about that ground but when we concede we seem to lose all our composure
