Im always weary of second guessing Pep but dropping Jesus after he's scored 3 big goals in 3 games and scored the equaliser vs Liverpool last time for Mahrez in his worst form as a City player is simply a bad managerial decision IMO.

Not even mentioning the difference in effort levels from the two players in a game where everyone is going to need to lay at 100%, Pep must realise he is never going to get Jesus on a roll and confident if he drops him when he's contributing.

Put him on the wing if you want a false 9.

Sir Hendo at CB. Let's see how many time OliVAR allows to foul out players in their penalty box.

Just to put people at ease, that's the same XI that started West Brom away which was arguably our best performance of the season.

And yes I'm aware that Liverpool are better than West Brom.

Fabinho and Henderson have only started two games together as a CB pairing, their 1-0 Southampton away loss and their 0–0 home draw to the rags.

we have to take advantage of this.

I'll have a whine then. Not happy about Zinchenko over Laporte. He just can't defend and salah and Mane will beat him for fun. Stones and Dias are gonna have to be on top of their game.

Can't understand the moaning, that's the correct line up. Cancelo/zinchenko the best at the inverted roles. The fluid attacking 3/4. Basically trying to implement Peps dream of playing with all midfielders again.

We've got to break our Anfield hoodoo at some point.
Spot on, this is pretty much the team we’ve had a lot of good performances/results with this past couple of months.

It’s all about how we impose ourselves on them rather than worry out individual battles like zinc v salad.

I’ll be happy if we put in a performance like the chelsea/rags semi games.
