I'm not normally so bothered about his fake news quotes, but this "two weeks" break has pissed me off.
So i've just checked and they had a "weeks" break just days earlier. He needs calling out about this.

They played Crystal Palace on Dec 19th
Then WBA on Dec 27th = 8 days

We played Newcastle Dec 26th
Then Chelsea Jan 3rd = 8 days

Do one you fuckin dickhead...

January, 7 games in 28 days
Total: 15 games 58 days

So over December and January we have played two more games than Liverpool in a span of three fewer days.
Also it has to be mentioned that they had an FA Cup tie at home to what was essentially Aston Villa’s youth team.
This after playing almost three weeks later into the summer but only being afforded one week later to start this season.
Some two-week break, that...

Also while Liverpool got a month of preseason in Austria before their first league game we had 9 youth players in preseason, because our 2 week preseason coincided with the September international break.

So they got 7 weeks break including 1 month preseason before the first league game (followed by the international break)

Our internationals got 3 weeks break with zero preseason.
