How is this days off thing controversial?

Since Dec 1 City played 18 times, dippers played 16.

Since Dec 15 dippers had two breaks longer than one week - Dec 19-27(8days) and Jan 8-17(9 days). City have had one from Dec 26-Jan 3 (8 days).

In January we played 9 games. Dippers played 7 games.
