Some great analysis on here as always. Agree with Liverpool benefiting from our style, which in recent years has made it very difficult for us. Other teams have worked them out, but don’t expect to see us sit deep and expose their lack of creativity so could be problems.

That’s said. With the state they are in I would really like to see us hold our nerve and over power them like we did in the game last season once the league was over. We might concede the odd chance but man for man we should be all over them, especially with their current defence.

Just hope Pep holds his nerve too, no big game tweaks like he does in the Champions League. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it..!
